Our water cannon with its long boom structure allow the unit to be backed up to a pothole or slough and pump it out drawing water from up to 70’ from the edge of the water. The unit uses a Hypro hydraulically driven centrifugal pump to fill the 8” diameter boom with water and prime the high volume Berkeley PTO driven irrigation pump. This unit will distribute 1000 US gallons per minute, and with a 270 degree arc, will irrigate approximately 4,12 acres under calm conditions. The unit self primes in approximately two minutes.

• Soil salinity is decreased and saline soils are rejuvenated.
• Sloughs formed during flash rains could be pumped to prevent drowning of plants.
• Grasshopper and mole infestation around potholes and sloughs can be reduced.

An available option to add is the hydraulic assist swing out boom which will cut down on setup time and effort needed.
